Are Living Proof products safe for color-treated or chemically treated hair?
Yes, all of our products are formulated to be safe for color-treated, chemically treated, and keratin-treated hair. Our shampoos are sulfate-free and designed to cleanse without stripping your hair's natural oils or color.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you test your products on animals?
No, Living Proof is proud to be PETA-certified cruelty-free. We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are your products paraben-free and silicone-free?
Most of our products are formulated without parabens and silicones. We utilize our patented Healthy Hair Molecule (OFPMA) to provide the benefits of silicones—such as smoothness and shine—without the heavy buildup.
